boys team charity (btc), Happy Valley is a volunteer service organization dedicated to developing an altruistic spirit in young men through active participation in philanthropic projects in the Clackamas community and beyond.

Founded by families who wanted to teach their boys the importance of giving back and making a difference, btc, Happy Valley strives to promote personal growth, strengthen family relationships, develop team skills, and provide educational opportunities for our all our teammates.

Some highlights from our more recent events.

	btc happy valley is learning how to take care of each other! February 2024 CPR We learned all about infant CPR, splinting broken bones, and how to better handle ourselves during an emergency
	btc happy valley is getting the word out January 2024 in the Happy Valley News! We were featured in an article in the Happy Valley Newspaper for the second time. Super exciting!
	btc happy valley is getting out in nature December 2023 Wreaths Across America We helped lay wreaths to honor our veterans during the holiday, remembering them again for their service!
	btc happy valley is getting creative supporting local kids November 2023 CHAP Such a great experience at CHAP, the Childrens Healing Arts Program. We got to help setup projects to inspire kiddos to create, no matter where they were!
	btc happy valley is having fun supporting local events October 2023 City of Happy Valley Oktoberfest  We got to help setup pumpkins, tents, haystacks and food carts,... and enjoy the fun afterward!
	btc happy valley is helping feed our communities September 2023 Portland Backpack  One of our favorite organizations is Portland Backpack, and you can see by the numbers of blue shirts! We helped bag up and organize food for folks all over the Portland area. We will be back soon!
	btc happy valley is cleaning up our natural resources August 2023 Johnson Creek Cleanup  Theres no better way to clean up in the heat than in the water! btc Happy valley is one of the groups that has supported cleaning up over 70 tons of trash from the Johnson creek river!
	btc happy valley is celebrating our community July 2023 Happy Valley Parade  We celebrated the fourth of July and the wonderful people of Happy Valley in our annual float at the fourth of July parade! There were smiles, bubbles, loud music, and lots of red, white, and BLUE!
	btc happy valley is honoring our veterans June 2023 Lincoln Memorial  Our boys had the honor of both placing flags and removing the flags before and after Memorial Day at the Lincoln Memorial Cemetary.

 

btc happy valley is assisting our seniors May 2023 Milwaukie Center  Our boys  teamed up with the young ladies of National Charity League, Sunnyside Chapter, to help out with the Meals on Wheels 35th Annual Wine and Roses Italian Dinner fund raiser at the Milwaukie Community center. We served food and beverages, bussed tables and cleaned up. Good job boys!

	btc happy valley is learning new skills April 2023 Team Cooking  Our boys took time from their busy schedules to make some amazing food and work on their developing skills as teammates.

 

	btc happy valley is helping our community grow March 2023 Friends of Trees  This is such a loved event with parents and sons planting trees throughout the community. Learn more at Friends of Trees.
